According to the company, InstaHelp crossed the 100,000 delivered orders mark at 5:54 PM on August 2, with the final tally for the day expected to be even higher. The milestone highlights the rapid adoption of the platform as demand for on-demand home services continues to grow across metro cities. Focus Remains on Sustainable Growth Commenting on the milestone, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and Co-founder of Urban Company, said the achievement reflects both rising consumer demand and the strength of the company’s operating model. He added that while the platform is scaling rapidly, Urban Company remains focused on unit economics, Net Transaction Value (NTV), contribution per order, customer retention, service quality, and ensuring an adequate supply of service professionals to drive long-term, sustainable growth. During the quarter, the platform completed 3.82 million orders, representing a 43% quarter-on-quarter increase from 2.67 million orders in Q4 FY26. The business also improved its operating efficiency, with adjusted EBITDA loss per order narrowing to ₹346, compared to ₹447 in the previous quarter. From Pilot to Scale Urban Company launched InstaHelp as a pilot in Mumbai in March 2025, offering on-demand housekeeping services including: Home cleaning Dishwashing Laundry Meal preparation The platform promises service professionals within 10–15 minutes of booking and currently operates across selected micro-markets in major metropolitan cities. Earlier this year, InstaHelp crossed 50,000 daily bookings in February. In March, the company also surpassed 1 million monthly delivered bookings, even before the month had ended.
