Quick home services platform Snabbit has appointed Pradeep Yadav as its new Head of Operations as the startup looks to strengthen its operational infrastructure and prepare for its next phase of expansion.
Based in Bengaluru, Snabbit provides on-demand home services and has been rapidly scaling its presence across Indian cities. In his new role, Yadav will lead the company’s operations, with a focus on building systems that can support scale and improving service fulfilment.
Pradeep Yadav Brings 15 Years Of Experience
Yadav brings around 15 years of experience across supply chain, operations and consumer internet businesses.
Before joining Snabbit, he was the co-founder of quick fashion commerce startup Klydo. He has also held leadership positions at Udaan and Flipkart, giving him experience across large-scale operations and consumer-facing businesses.
Yadav is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi.
His experience in building and scaling operational systems comes at a critical stage for Snabbit, which has been rapidly increasing the number of jobs fulfilled through its platform.
Klydo Paused Consumer Operations
Yadav co-founded Klydo with Ankit Agarwal in September 2025. The startup launched a quick fashion commerce model in Bengaluru, promising fashion deliveries within 15 to 30 minutes.
Klydo subsequently raised around $2 million in seed funding.
However, the company paused its consumer operations in July 2026 as it worked on a new product direction.
Yadav’s move to Snabbit now brings his experience from quick commerce and consumer internet operations into the rapidly expanding home services segment.
Yadav Succeeds Vikas Choudhary
At Snabbit, Yadav succeeds Vikas Choudhary, who had led the company’s operations for the past 18 months.
Choudhary will now take on a different role within the company. He will lead new businesses and focus on identifying and developing emerging opportunities for Snabbit.
The leadership transition comes as the company moves from early-stage expansion towards building a larger operational network.
Snabbit Crosses 1 Crore Lifetime Jobs
Snabbit has crossed 1 crore lifetime jobs on its platform and recently recorded more than 1.15 lakh jobs in a single day, highlighting the rapid growth of its quick home services business.
The company currently operates across five cities and more than 150 micromarkets, covering Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
The startup has been focusing on increasing service density within its operating markets while building the operational capabilities required to handle growing demand.
Its model relies heavily on the availability and utilisation of service professionals, making fulfilment efficiency and operational systems critical to its ability to scale.
Targeting 1 Million Households Daily
Snabbit plans to continue expanding its operations across India as it looks to reach a significantly larger customer base.
The company is also investing in technology and operational infrastructure to support its long-term target of serving 1 million households every day.
The appointment of Yadav comes as competition intensifies in India’s quick home services market, with companies expanding rapidly across cleaning, housekeeping and other everyday household services.
For Snabbit, strengthening its operations leadership could help the company improve fulfilment, build greater service density and establish systems capable of supporting its ambitious expansion plans.
